Haigh’s Chocolates 2025 Father’s Day collection, inspired by the spirit of adventure and moments shared outdoors with Dad. Bringing together smoky, savoury, and rich flavours in a selection of handmade chocolates designed to delight.

This year’s collection features the Dark Cajun Spiced Caramel Ganache, a decadent milk chocolate caramel ganache infused with aromatic Cajun spice and coated in premium dark chocolate. Complementing it, is the Milk Black Pepper Caramel Ganache, combines a milk chocolate caramel ganache with the savoury bite of Black Pepper, finished in rich milk chocolate.

Both offered as a loose chocolate, in the Father’s Day Selection, or Father’s Day Gift Box, wrapped in packaging inspired by the rugged, earthy landscapes of South Australia's Flinders Ranges.

Also featured in the range are the Milk Smoked Almonds—crunchy roasted and smoked Australian almonds enveloped in artisan milk chocolate and presented in a 200g gift bag.
