Sherwal refers to traditional Lebanese pants that their ancestors used to wear, showcasing their pride in their culture, as Sherwal Executive Chef/Founder Savio describes, it reminisces his family memory of how he strongly remembers his grandfather wearing the Sherwal. Savio’s culinary vision unites old culinary masterpieces from the Mediterranean, with new, contemporary flavours.
The banquet of colours and flavours creates the desired authentic atmosphere. Sherwal has also partnered with local high end middle eastern patisseries to offer a large variety of desserts to enjoy alongside a custom roasted specialty coffee as well as partnering with local and international vineyards to offer a wine list that’s been created from the best.
